Character Discussion When you realize that Zoro is talent and Sanji is hardwork

I think that anyone with half a brain can understand that Zoro is more hard-working and has more merit than Sanji. The question is: so what?
When you like a character you have to accept their strengths and weaknesses, if genetics is a deficiency, which I don't think so. For me the important thing about a Power Up is that it is well explained and the Germa genes are. I have no problems with them.
In fact, for me it's the opposite, I have more problems with Sanji not accepting the Raid Suit to get stronger for the sake of his Nakamas. On top of that for nothing, because Sanji is still dependent on his genes, but instead of a cool Power Ranger, we have a magical skeleton that we can't see.

I feel like it's more like Sanji=talent and Zoro=talent and hard work, hence Zoro>Sanji. Cooking doesn't prepare you to fight yonko commanders. Especially since Sanji fights with only his legs and cooking uses only his hands (which is the whole point of his fighting style). Clearly Zoro has natural talent, but he also trains like hell.
