Sanji's dream, inspired to him by Zeff, is to find the legendary sea called All Blue where the waters of the four great seas (North, South, East and West Blue) meet and where all fish species of the world can be found, if the sea truly exists.
The anime, though only in filler episodes during Loguetown and Post-Enies Lobby arcs, have given some hints about the existence of All Blue, though the manga has been really avaricious about any hint of the sea truly existing.

If All Blue truly exists where do you think that this sea is located ? How do you think that Sanji may find it ? What are your theories about it ?

I think the All Blue exists when the world returns to its natural state of a single ocean. It is at the spot where they currently all collide where the All Blue is meant to exist. When the barrier between them is removed, it’ll be created again. I believe that Luffy will destroy the Red Line and connect all the seas, creating one giant sea (the All Blue).

When Nami explains the structure of the Red Line, she says that it is a massive structure that is just many interlocking islands together. How did this come to be? I think during the great conflict of the past the power of the Ancient Weapons were used to create the Red Line and reshaped the world, with the Sea Devil trapped within (like the Apep/Apophis story). The Red Line then runs around the world and through the two world trees. The sea devil remains alive by biting into the roots of one of these trees (like in the story of Nidhogg) which sustains it while it is paralyzed. When this happened, the serpent’s power transferred through the trees and was birthed in fruit bore all over the world. Eating these fruits then grants you the power of the serpent but also its weakness, the fact that it's paralyzed within the water currently.

There is evidence in the series that The Red Line has not always been there and is an unnatural structure. The biggest clue coming from the whales the Straw Hat crew sees when they exit Fishmen Island. They have scars on their head from running into the red line repeatedly, suggesting they used this as a migration path, something ingrained into them from centuries past, as whales long migrations are one of their most notable characteristics.

In Oden’s flashback, on the way into Fishman with Roger, the Sea Kings are getting restless as Shirahoshi is about to be born. They remark that with the birth of Shirahoshi and “another in a distant sea” the whales in particular will be delighted, perhaps because this signals the removal of the Red Line and their migration path returns.

Additionally, the name of the castle on top of the Red Line is called Pangaea Castle - named after Pangaea, the once supercontinent of the world before it drifted apart. Again, the Red Line is just interlocked islands.

I believe the “natural state” of the One Piece world is the opposite of its current configuration. The Red Line is actually supposed to be many smaller islands spread apart, and travel between them is uninhibited. This is the desired world of the World Government’s enemies - the D.

Yeah, the most likely explanation is that the All Blue will be created/recreated when the Red Line falls, and all the oceans get to mix together again.

...Or it's at the center of the planet. Personally, I think that the One Piece World could be hollow. That might be where the holes in the ocean are draining into, after they're created by the Ancient Weapon Uranos. All the oceans might already mixing in the center of the planet, from all the holes that have been blown through the planet from using these Weapons. But, that's just my personal crazy conspiracy theory. I don't have a lot of proof, other than possibly explaining how the holes work.

But, it might explain how stuff like pyrobloin and island clouds work, if there's a bunch of "magic water" at the center of the planet escaping through volcanoes. It might even explain Sea Stone, if water from the All Blue combines with rock.

I'll admit this is a pretty weird theory, though.

Chopper will Discover All Healing Cure himself

Sanji's Dream isn't gonna be a Place that just shows up for Everyone to see
He will be remembered as the One who Discovered or Created All Blue, just like other SHs gonna have their own Achievements

All Blue doesn't need to be in a Specific Location, actually the Location doesn't matter at all
And there is already Reverse Mountain that takes water from each of Four Blues

The real mystery is what can Attract all World Fish to meet in One Place?
Once you discover this Treasure that makes all Sea Life gather together then All Blue is wherever that Treasure is Put

Sanji will discover Ultimate Cuisine, a Discovery that gives new meaning to Food, just like in Ivankov Island He discovered Attack Cuisine.
I mean aren't Devil Fruits Food? Yet They are way more than just that, and there is also Luffy's Obsession with Meat, which indicates that his Cook gonna probably discover something about Meat

So everything suggests an "Ultimate Cuisine" does exist & it's gonna make all fish wanna be part of it, i dunno what it does, but Oda will surely come up with something, and wherever these Fish gather for it, is gonna be called All Blue

In other words, Sanji is All Blue, it's wherever He opens his EOS Restaurant
It's not a Place that Sanji is gonna take credit for witnessing as much as anyone else, it's "His" Place

I'd definitely prefer this over "Luffy destroys RedLine and finds All Blue for Sanji".

It doesnt exist, it is an impossible dream.
How Sanjino will create it is debatable.
It could be related to either sea levels rising or lowering.
