General & Others Which Character or Character's are Hurting the Wano Arc the Most?

a kid who just appears for some panels with Nami. Absurd! Got vote for the awful Scabbards instead!
This thought isn’t an unpopular opinion. Oda completely dropped the ball with Kid, but even more so, he completely dropped the ball with Law. Law’s story isn’t even close to done and it’s ridiculous Oda did squat to develop it. It goes to show you that Oda is OK with putting everyone on the back burner, including the Straw Hats, to develop random arc characters nobody cares too much about.
Law has been a victim of it, too. What is unpopular is to not notice that the reason for that is because of the presence of so many other characters. Most of us would much rather see the Supernova do things than Tama.

I actually like the dynamic between Law and Bepo. Their contrast in appearances and personalities were always a great thing. However, Oda really doesn't know what to do with him or Jean Bart who used to be a slave.
At least, Law has an entertaining design, and fighting style which I can't say to pretty much all of the side characters.
As a Smoker and Tashigi fan I am speechless that the Scabbards, Kinemon, and Momonosuke (both are at the bottom of the popularity polls) have so much screentime and I really don't care about them either. Can you imagine how epic it would have been if Oda added an Awakened Smoker on the Rooftop battle and Big Mom fight. Or Tashigi being accepted as a female Samurai by the people of Wano ?

9rs (half of them are useless he could make 5rs and it would become somewhat better)
BP (oda didn't give king jack and f6 enough and time before raid)
Kiado (he isn't good Villain for this ark instad of making him big bad of wano that need to be defeated plot making it an actual battle on getting RP would be way better than this shit)
Tama (it would became much more better id oda would made Tama and toko into 1 character)
also to many pointless and Meh plot line like finding map of onigashima bathhouse bullshit Bomb and fire Plot running around castle for chapters just because the whole asura doji plot
