Enma doesn't make Zoro haki more powerful. All it really does is just makes it easier for him to use more haki. Zoro's Dragon twist that cut Kaido's scales which proves you to cut title in any sword.
What's really funny is the number of people who believe Zoro can't Kaido without a sword the Scabbards aren't skilled enough to use even though they can cut Kaido.

Gomu would be more "hax" because it's a devil fruit that opens up a whole dimension of abilities for the user, just like most other strong devil fruits would do and even if it doesn't have anything special about it besides it's regular fruit powers.
Enma is just a haki training sword that will depend on the user's ability to use correctly.

I truly believed that oda will give something to sanji and Zoro.
But he came with the idea of raid suit for sanji and mastering the special swords for zoro .
As it is right now even raid suit is more hax than enma but let's wait and see.

Haki is ryu. Ryu is the term Wano citizens use for haki.
We see Zoro flow a large amount of his haki or ryu into enma and then Kaido wonders if enma is the source of that haki. Remember, Kaido didn't make that comment until after Zoro flowed his haki into enma.

Neither are hax, but Enma is closer to being hax than the gomu gomu no mi for the simple reason of when they were introduced. Enma is a new sword that will make Zoro stronger in the arc that it was introduced. The Gomu Gomu No Mi is an ability that made Luffy stronger at the beginning of the series, and we see him develop that strength throughout the entire series. That is not hax by ANY definition.
Neither is Enma, though. Both require training to use properly. Both are implemented well in the narrative, without feeling sudden or out of place. It's a stupid argument.

If Zoro wasn't as skilled as he is he wouldn't be able to use enma. Ultimately, Enma is just a training tool. It's a sword that will help Zoro improve his skills with CoA haki. More specifically help Zoro improve his skills gathering large amounts of CoA haki.
Gumo is a DF that gives the user additional power they wouldn't have without it.
