The to old argument is dumb as well. Garp was older than current Smoker when he had to train to beat Chinjao.

I would assume none of them have it, and any Marine that did, didn’t stick around to climb up the ranks.
The Marines are the attack dogs and primary means of oppression and suppression of the fascist World Govenment. They are aligned with the greatest enemies of freedom. I don’t know what kind of kingly qualities are associated with that dynamic. I would think none.
To me, it makes more thematic sense if none of them possesses CoC. That really seems to be a power associated with rebellious, masters of their own destinies type of folk like high level pirates and other outliers to society.
Not all of the Marine personnel buy into the dogma or really even believe in the Marines stand for justice, but again, the themes of the story suggest no one with the kind of kingly qualities to awaken CoC would choose to become or remain a Marine.
Edit: I know Sengoku supposedly has it because it’s stated in an external source, but those have been incorrect before so I will withhold judgment until we see it or it’s confirmed *again*.
