Which of these 3 Has the Best Part 2?

One Piece is still ongoing, so tough to say, I think it has a good shot with how badly Shippuden ended, and how the Buu saga as entertaining as it was felt completely unnecessary. All 3 took a major step down from a writing standpoint.

I have to say DBZ managed to entertain far more than Dragonball did, for that reason I'm voting DBZ. Majority of the series iconic characters and scenes come from post skip (Vegeta, Frieza, Cell, Gohan, Trunks etc.).

Anime? Objectively Dragonball lol. That shit singlehandedly popularized Shonen everywhere


However content wise, itll always be One Piece. Say what you will about arc stucture and content, but the worldbuilding imo has only actually gotten better. I found this exremely boring in Naruto personally, and Dragonball imo lost its original identity of adventure by the end of Vegeta's saga. Not necessarily a bad thing, but One Piece is essentially what Dragonball is before its own timeskip, and had maintained that element since (even with Haki and powerscaling)

Wdym dbz was all about numbers.
The only exception in the whole series iirc was Tien pushing Cell in a hole for the androids to escape.
It was simple mathematics, if you are not in the millions or billions later in the story you are just a fodder, no tricks like df/haki/whatever could help you win against someone stronger.

Indeed Tien's Kikoho was one of the most badass moments in the series.

Toriyama fucked up the Z fighters after Saiyan saga.

Frieza was still above Non SSJ Goku by then.

SSJ Vegeta would definitely decimate Frieza tho

Dragonball Z wins hands down. Nothing in Naruto or OP (thus far) beats Future Trunks, the Cell saga, Majin Buu, etc.

With OP though, the current arc I think is the best since the time skip, so OP still has a chance to win this race considering what's to come.

DBZ SUCKS, poorly written characters, bad powerscalling where most characters are absolutely useless from frieza saga till the end, cliche fights, deus ex machina endings...

Like it or not, one piece is the best shonen story ever created. All other famous shonen shows experienced a severe fall of quality during their endings while one piece only gets better despite running for a decade and a half.
