Most unexpected but welcome development for the Admirals?

Durableguy was fighting for his life to try and downplay Kizaru, for example. Same for RebelliousSoma who also vanished after a while. Others like Pringles, Kerkovian, YonkoGodLuffy etc got far more quiet too.
Didn't Durableguy leave a bit before the whole food fiasco really kicked off?
I think Rebellious is still active sometimes but I dunno
Kerkovian was never super active, same for Pringles
Idk about YGL since I have him ignored.

Rare footage of @Elder Lee Hung @Dragon777 and whichever Admiral bro else on the frontline when the Kizaru feeding Luffy, Ryokugyu's black blade and Akainu's 5 bil SBS drops:
The crazy thing is that for all of those there were plenty of hints and for Ryo actual evidence.

About Akainu's bounty, I and @Extravlad kept saying to look at the star system of Doflamingo during DR, of which the CG's system was clearly a rip-off, that had four 3-star bounties and one 5-star bounty, also that 5 symbols were a thing since Koby had them, that Dragon and Akainu likely had the same bounty etc.

About Kizaru, that we clearly saw Kizaru thinking about Bonney and Sentomaru, then the food, then Kizaru suddenly was in another position and had the "..." when Saturn asked where the food came from + other considerations.

As for Ryokugyu, well, only using the eyes were necessary + knowing Gennai Aramaki's plot.

Still, they were fiercely denied simply for agenda. That's why the big W and the big L, but those should have never been denied in the first place.

Same thing is going to happen with, idk, Kuzan's CoC for the people who say Kuzan doesn't have it because the scene with Garp wasn't CoC. Or Kuzan's bounty for the people who think it will be 3-3,5B.

idk why so much stock is put on the bounty of Akainu.

It reflects the value the criminal underworld places on him as the face of the Marines.

If he were a pirate, the WG wouldn't have that bounty on his head.

Chadmiral fans lately:

Post automatically merged:

At the risk of glazing I'd say it was Kizaru's EH performance as a whole.

Powerwise he showed very good CQC and durability. He stalemated, outlasted and fed an immensely powerful enemy while trying to accomplish the difficult mission of killing his best friend. By the end he was never fairly defeated and didn't even receive a tear on his suit.

He finished the arc with excellent character development for both himself and Akainu, and even gave us some top tier memes in the process (Maintaining the agenda, Damn that's peak, Pizzaru, shocked face, Doordash/take my lunch Nika etc).

Akainu's bounty is a really big deal ofc, but at least for me, Wizaru's feats are what really make said bounty have more weight.

(Plus Kizaru feeding Luffy got waaay more wailing and gnashing of teeth from the Reddit powerscaling crowd than Sakazuki's bounty did, at least in my experience)

As for the rest, Kuzan's performance was good but not phenomenal. The boxing thing was cool and his relationship with Garp felt better written than Kizaru's with VP.

GB and Fuji's sword unlocks are intriguing and promising, but don't mean much to me until they get more feats.

dcbLuffy was hella active in vs threads during Egghead and went ghost since the SBS. M944 is a lot more quiet too, Luffy fans literally got purged. There's a lot more that went silent too.

Calling him the WSS is a fact every swordsman is a takanome victim if you want to cry take it with Loda
Its a manga fact Whitebeard was WSM and its a manga fact he was Roger equal , stated 2 times and was even shown with them fighting 3 days to a standstill.

Until Oda declares who won in their legendary duel Mihawk is Shanks equal not superior just like Whitebeard got WSM title but was only equal to Roger.

Akainu's 5b bounty was predictable

The most unexpected W was Kuzan being a boxer
Definitely. Aokiji's punching style was really unexpected, while Akainu's 5B were quite hinted. For example:

Jack nonsense apart, Dragon too has 5B, so? What has he done recently.
Not to mention Akainu did much more than almost anybody narratively.

Anyway, first of all a system that ends at 4 Is just weird. Even real bouties end at 5, with WB and Roger at 5 as far as Emperors go. Doflamingo's did It too.

Secondly, this system Is clearly a ripoff of Doflamingo's star system. And what was the distribution? Let's see:

Do you see someting similar?
4 bouties of 3 stars/crowns, no one at 4 and one at 5?
Well, yeah, you get It.

Lastly, Akainu and Dragon are protrayed to be connected, and now both are heads of their organizations.
Dragon has 5b+ so It's very called Akainu has 5 (crowns) too.
Maybe the most clear foreshadowing was Doflamingo's system having exactly the same pattern, as we told.

I think it's fine for them to have similar fighting styles.
I think Akainu is going to have something unexpected too.

I mean:
- Kuzan punching was really out of the predicted outcomes;
- no one expected Kizaru to he a barrier/defence expert;
- still today lot of people don't want to accept Ryokugyu is a great swordsmans despite having a Logia;
- Fuji Is the most straightforward, but tbh his swordsmanship Is anything but normal. He basically uses gravity instead of slashes.

Akainu is going to have his "secret" too.

I had/have a theory that each Admiral has a fighting style broadly mirroring that of their Whitebeard Pirates opponent in MF.

Kuzan is a boxer/striker who can harden his body like Jozu, Kizaru is a defensive mobile speedster like Marco and Akainu uses raw strength combined with his fruit like WB.

But Akainu has no weapon unlike WB, so whatever he uses to compensate will be his "surprise".

Just like Kizaru uses cqc to compensate for lacking Marco's regen and Kuzan has greater striking than Jozu while having more brittle ice.

@Elder Lee Hung how much do you wanna bet that Akainu will have his own magma glaive?
