Character Discussion Which portrayal will be better: Sanji 1v1 King/Queen or Zoro participation in the group fight against Kaido?

Marco’s still going to be the one to beat King. Marco since he’s arrived has been saying he doesn’t know what his role will be. Fighting King will be that role. It’ll be framed as Marco being the Yonko right hand man who has chosen to gamble on and protect the new gen, as opposed to the King, the Yonko right hand man who is trying to kill them. Oda can tie the two of them together as a foil for each other. Marco will throw in some “it’s a new age, I’m not going to let you stomp it out, us two old warhorses can fight it out“ stuff with King while the Strawhats do the rest of the work.
Marco has not been brought into this war to be Zoro’s taxi to Kaido who flies off into the background when the fights start for good. He’s started fighting King, and there’s very little reason to think he’s going to give that up and go do something else- because there isn’t anything else for him to do.

Problem is, Marco isn’t a main character. The story caresway more about what the strawhats have to do than Marco

Meh, I don't see it. I for one think that King > Marco, but even if Marco is stronger King is still Kaido's #2 and overall the 3rd strongest enemy. When the theme of the fight is the new gen defeating the old one it seems weird to have Marco take out such a strong opponent. Especially now that it seems that even the F6 are going to be taken care of by the SH.
The fact that YC Level is considered unimpressive by a lot of people in this thread proves how Oda pretty much made Doflamingo and Katakuri look like Bitches with Kaido one shotting G4 Luffy.
I can't wait for Imu to start one shotting top tiers left and right while the same people who attacked Bleach and Naruto to defend it because Oda can do no wrong

like we all know Luffy hasn’t beaten a YC level person without help... that’s just a fact
In fact I’m also aware that even as far as 990 a lot of people thought Who’s who was Zoro’s opponent this arc simply because UC were too much
so it seems we only start saying power creep because of Zoro on the roof. Since Sanji vs Queen is considered a big deal that means people still respect YC... It’s the fact that Zoro specifically has skipped that, now we have a problem. Even though Luffy hasn’t beaten a YC in a clean 1v1, it was fine for Luffy to end up fighting Kaido... But when Zoro joins, we have an issue

So how you gonna explain the constant set-up that Marco wont defeat anyone important from the Beast Pirates. And that it is the New Gen vs The Beast Pirates.
