I also want Doffy to play a part in the final arc. He's still the most interesting & most fleshed out villian.

Blackbeard, or hopefully, Shanks, whom i will put as my favorite character of this show if he turns out to be a shady figure.

Imu would be insanely boring, and i can't see Akainu being up there to compete with EOS Luffy in terms of strength, when the likes of Kaido are set to fall before the end game. Then again Shanks shouldn't logically be that strong either, i am just hoping for a solid twist.

WG will be the final antagonist ! Guess Akainu will face Luffy.
BB , he is final boss material (strength and power wise)
But One piece is all about journey , plot so by that sense Akainu will be the final villian.
And at that point Luffy will be the strongest , so battle will end rather quickly

I doubt Dragon will become a villain, his group has been too convenient to the SHs since Loguetown... Even Garp was never portrayed as a threat...

Kid and Law aren't final villain materials...

Kaido and BM are going to fall (may even die) this saga...

Gorosei are Im's puppies...

Anti villains ,i personally think he will be angry if he finds out there is an overlord who is running behind the scenes.

I will hold off on Im for now, he is featless and we are not even aware of his Haki or abilities.

Blackbeard, I have big expectations for him. He is hyped up as anti Luffy and one of the few people to not die after eating two Devil Fruits. Plus, I want to see all of his cremates fight at their most serious. Not just Burgess, all of them.
