On a more serious note, probably Mihawk.
Mihawk having defeated what is basically prime Shanks with 2 arms isn't a new theory, when the time comes we'll know about some of the swordsmen he defeated.

PS: what's BM doing in there? She's not beating any version of a guy that has Shanks level haki and speed that matches Kizaru's DF.

Rayleigh was probably WSS until he lost the title to mihawk which proves that WSS is an irrelevant title since roger was WAY stronger than WSS rayleigh and shanks is WAYYYYY stronger than WSS mihawk.
