Kizaru always shines when he uses teleportation. Feels pretty bizarre given how he always leaves a light trail when he uses his speed. Pretty unlikely but not impossible.

I think His devil fruit and his imagination. We still don't know how Luffy created goggles from his hair before and there is a lot of talk between imagination and devil fruit and the older five saying Luffy is only limited by his imagination can explain that. And this could be what making Nika Devil fruit special. Because till now nothing making special if turn whatever you touch to rubber we all thought that his awakening will be from doffy time. But if Luffy can supply himself with food if you hit him and created stuff whatever he imagine that really makes him a broken devil fruit and the strongest devil fruit in one piece
