Just as title say what is your opinion about this. For me personally its Rayleigh . He is regarded as legend in one piece universe , he got fame, wealth as first commander of Roger crew , he is decently strong individual who can keep up with admiral and make yonko run even in his old age.

He had great adventures , visited Skypiea , Fishman island , Wano , Water seven , Zou , Sabaoody , he conquered grand line , found one piece , has knowledge about history and he still lives to tell the tale unlike Roger who got executed shortly and could not enjoy the fame he earned .

Rayleigh is a contender, but it's a bit of a sad place to end up considering what he was... drinking and painting boats for a living on a government island. Doesn't seem to have any more goals or real hobbies, just resigned himself to fading away for the last 20 years.

Big Mom living her best life until Luffy showed up, she's more of a contender than Rayleigh.

Whitebeard and all the whitebeard pirates are up there without a doubt, even his death was good given that he didn't have long until his illness took him. And at least Marco (unlike rayleigh) is doing something meaningful with his retirement.

Shanks is sailing the world, drinking with his homies, banging bitches and occasionally pulls up on people to prevent larger scale conflicts. He lost his mentor as a teen, but that is pretty mild all things considered.

Whitebeard died at the age of 72, with the family he built, the only thing he ever wanted. Sure, he failed at saving Ace, but he still saved countless orphans and had family for decades, fulfilling his goal.

Do we count Luffy? Because he obviously had his fair share of trauma, but he is still happy.

realistically he was also found as a kid and lived on WBs ship in the shadows and stayed off everyone’s radar bar Shanks while never gaining a bounty. Then had the df of his dreams fall right into his lap then took out 3 of his commanders in less than 6 months while gaining his captains quake df which is stated to have the power to destroy the world.

Literally ate so well she went back to how she looked like when she was a child. Any hunger pangs was always taken care of by her kids, she goes back to the usual.

All her territories were under her whim at making sweets for her, look at Fishman Island, even the King was willing to give her the most valuable treasure just to compensate for lack of sweets for one time.

Kept taking in husbands and having children to expand her empire, so she was never devoid of any sexual pleasures.

Built an entire country full of different races, living in peace, and the best intel network all managed by her own kids.

Never lived in fear of Navy like WB Pirates did, moving around. Same address for decades and not a single Navy dared to invade Tottoland.

BM didn't win the Pirate King race, but she certainly won the life race. Mother Carmel babied her, Streusen took care of her, Rocks crew gave her a daycare center for her kids, her kids manage her empire for her while she eats whatever she wants.

Meanwhile Roger was going to die shortly after LT, his lover suffered and died for having his kid (who failed to do what Roger wished for him), Rayleigh had to sell himself to slavery just so he could make ends meet.

Big Mom has a mental breakdown whenever she doesn't get the food she wants or she just sees a specific photo fall. That is NOT a sign of mentally healthy individual. You are tripping if you think hedonistic lifestyle will make a person happy when they still didn't work out their trauma from childhood.

Roger's will was passed on to the world, his death and that of his son, changed many people's life and will ultimately lead to revolution that will overthrow current world order. Big Mom meanwhile, died a loser after not being able to achieve her goal for decades and being stuck as a silver medalist, literally BITCHING to Roger himself as she was falling to her death, that he fucked them over.
