Vegeta definitely. Especially in Buu saga where he sacrificed his life for his family from someone who killed for fun.

Nappa is the best. Was a mass murdering machine, then killed by his friend, came back as a ghost to haunt him, got revived and then went to Hollywood to work as a producer.
