I have only ever called Shanks an antagonist, never a villain. I also never call him a hakiman so do not generalize me with other people. Stop being a brainlet.

You clearly don't know how definition works.
A word can have multiple definitions meaning it can have different meanings.
In this case villains CAN BE evil. Or they simply CAN oppose the protagonist.
You don't have to match all definitions to use the word. If one definition match then you can use it.
