I think everyone I mentioned exclusively dunk on Sanji. Roronoa sama shits on Luffy, and Lor D Coast the Admirals.

They all have the exact same talking points, so it’s hard to remember who says what sometimes. Garp the Fist’s the only one who sticks out to me because he’s the only one who actually seemed interested in the series as a whole, rather than being interested in Zoro alone, and also because he shits on Sanji/Law/Kid much more than he wanks Zoro
