Supposedly have the last Poneglyph, which was on FMI
They ride a black ship and have the ability to alter the sea.. (df or fishman?)


Who is this person?

Personally, I would bet on Imu or on Sunbell

I don't think being from Roger's crew would make sense. Their journey was over and they had no reason to keep doing things like that since Roger ended the crew.

Most likely to be someone related to WG as Aokiji implied to prevent people to ever go back to Laugh Tale again.

Thats just painting a target on your back. Unless this person is powerful enough to not even fear yonko sailing after him. Which makes me think of Imu first and foremost.

Someone we haven't met yet and someone who isn't too involved with the events of the story, hence he is referred to in an ambiguous way. Dragon is the most wanted man in the world, people know him and Blackbeard even attacked his base. Why would he talk about him as a guy that is distinguished by a burned scar.

I also doubt he is "working" for the WG, though he might be related or connected to him, hence Shiryu's statement. Maybe the WG has the last Road Poneglyph physically, with that man with the burned scar having a copy with him, as I don't assume he just travels with the entire stone on his ship. Proof of it might be that this man is known to have the last Poneglyph by several parties even though the last Poneglyph's whereabouts are said to be unknown at the same time.

Most probable candidates:
1. New Character and potential next nakama
2. Scopper Gaban will be a nice parallel to Silvers Rayleigh with Rayleigh being the coating mechanic who makes ships float and Gaban being the one who sinks ships. Both of them at checkpoints for Journey to Laughtale. Also Scopper is a Navigator and helmsman. Silvers Rayleigh white vs Burnt scar man black.
