Sanji and Sabo both are being credit too high

I remember 9 years ago there werer people headcanon people who proclaimed that the VC of the RA is at least yonko level and all officers are admiral level people now 2 admirals whoop the floor with the first mate and 3 officers together

They said Dragon is the strongest he is strong as uranus because he can control weather now Big Mom has the ability and they say she cant even beat a admiral

Those people seriously need to look at the past and should be ashamed

Dude...no idea about BigMom (as it appears Oda has no plans on giving her respectable defeat) but you are quick to judge on Kaido....Oda never downplayed any antagonist who fights Luffy....and Kaido didn't have empty hype......firstly he was called strongest by Oda himself and in manga and ace novels he was called WSC, he one shot G4 without taking an any damage from Luffy attacks.....anyways you can judge after the war whether he has empty hype or he has what it takes to back up...

For some reason she's top tier, while all she has done is destroying Pacifista with ease, a feat Post- time skip Sabaody Sanji accomplished, being portrayed to be superior to Momonga, a character being part of a group which has been constantly used as hype tools for high tiers and above

and she's proven to be capable of using all 3 haki types with being implied to be an advanced haki user (barrier type at the very least) due to ther sisters feats....Everything above applies to Katakuri, but on top he's a awakened devil fruit user and proven to be a decent CoA user and a lot more versatile as well, yet he's not a top tier..

Completely disagree. That's not all she did. Sanji gets neg diffed by Hancock. Momonga was part of the group where most were matched with commanders. One even managed to catch YC1 Marco.

She's portrayed to have better haki technique in barrier and penetrating haki. She most likely has awakening for her level too. I think only a couple of people place her at top tier so don't see how that is enough for her to go your list

And now he got a huge powerup, he still could not beat P1 decisively enough, who is far from y3c, hence overrated.

It is as bad as saying Zoro came out y1c from ts.

Sanji was evenly matched with Vergo an executive of Doflamingo and even got his leg cracked in his speciality Zoro defeated Pica without even a single scratch both fought against the same level person
one won the other one was lost in his speciality leg fighting

That was just a skirmish and Vergo cracked Sanji's leg. No way he was winning, least not without real bodily damage.

Just going to point out that was 5 arcs ago and not a fair point of comparison to Sanji at present by default irrespective of your gross misinterpretation

Sanji was visibly in pain when he stepped on his leg in a panel, that I remember. Whose to say it could get worse, Vergo 100% wasn't going full out either, we can tell because of his fight with Law and Smoker.
