I agree with @Parker post.The Oniwabanshu leader wasn't loyal to Anyone And he dissapeared chapters ago.
My guess are that he know how to profit to Orochi's DF and he also can know where the fruit is.Many people claim that he went to revive Orochi,well that could be possible too.But any of both should be Yamato fight because none of them were all stars and familiar/close with Yamato
After that she should fights against her dad

Ulti is chasing Nami and Usopp.

Fukurokujuu because it will be a good way to make his return as an antagonist. if Orochi is really dead, Fukuro can find a way to take Orochi DF like @kumae suggested, what will litteraly make him a zoan and fit beast pirates theme.. His plotline should lead to a confrontation against Yamato and Momonosuke, to capture both and prove his worth, since every top executives are busy fighting.
But if he is really loyal to Orochi and find a way to revive him, i feel like Orochi's target will be Momo and Yamato, both are planned to be next Shogun , and Orochi's Hatred has no limit, so he will plan to eliminate the opposition.

In Chapter 1003, CP 0 talks about needing to take down the Beast Pirate executives to successfully win the war:

• Nami and Usopp are running away from Ulti
• Jimbe is fighting Who's Who
• And we see Yamato Fighting somebody while leading Momonosuke and Shinobu

All the other Strawhats shown in the scan above where engaged with the Tobi Roppo (one group of the executives CP 0 mentioned), so I would expect that Yamato was engaged with an executive themselves.

Of the Tobi Roppo, all but Page One seem to be spoken for:

• Who's Who: Jimbe
• Sasaki: Franky
• Drake: Defected
• Black Maria: Sanji
• Ulti: Nami
• Page One: ???

Ulti and Pay Pay have seemed to move as a unit, so I wouldn't be surprised if he's not too far behind. It'll also be fitting if the sibling duo of the Strawhats (Nami & Usopp) defeated the sibling duo of the Beast Pirates (Ulti & Pay Pay).

It is possible that Pay Pay has gone off to do his own thing, but I still wouldn't expect him to come into conflict with Yamato. If any of the Tobi Roppo were to be their opponent, I would expect it to be Ulti due to her grudge towards Yamato for knocking her out.

Of the executives, this leaves the Calamities. Marco was occupying King and Queen, and they were regardless in the main hall to protect access to the rooftop. It's possible that they've gotten around Marco, but I wouldn't expect them to change location/leave, and on priors, I wouldn't expect King or Queen to be Yamato's final opponent (I think Sanji and/or Drake will be responsible for Queen, and Marco or Zoro will take down King). I do think it's more likely Yamato faces King than Queen, but I would expect it to be neither.

This leaves us with Jack, and we know he was recovering his strength after his beating at the hands of the Sulong Dukes. It's plausible he's come back to action and is currently occupying Yamato.

Alternatively, Yamato is just dealing with fodder or some Numbers.

Join the team most likely. I want current group to face kaido and a separate group with yamato/jinbe/marco/sanji to hold big mom though that won't happen...

Yamato could 100% 1 shot Orochi with her Ringing Arrow, so nah
Yamato HAS to face an executive from The Beast Pirates for it to be an emotional fight (as the new gen surpass the old gen), so no Smoothie either.
I think it has to be King, because there was already an ebtablished history between them
1. King was the one who summoned the Toppi Roppo for Kaidou to carry out the hunt for Yamato
2. King was hunting Momo, who Yamato is currently protecting. He mentioned multiple times that by taking Momo's head, the Samurai force will succumb.
3. King uses Fire, coincidentally, Yamato also fought a certain someone with the Fire Ability

Yamato could end up fighting Jack for a mid diff fight, but she will certainly join the fight against her dad at some point. I think that the 5 SNs will get beat by Hybrid Kaido. The defeat of the SNs and a panel of Onigashima getting really close to the capital will serve as the tragic ending for Act 3. Yamato and Momo will then use their dragon powers (I speculate that Yamato will have the Ryu Ryu no Mi since it would be odd for Oda to not give anyone the actual Dragon DF) to stop Onigashima from falling. Afterwards, Yamato can potentially fight Jack, though I'd prefer that Jinbe do so.

First of all we dont know wtf is happening in that Sasaki vs Franky fight, those panels from 1003 dont tell you shit, so where do you get this idea that Franky is giving Sasaki trouble? Sasaki doesn't even have a scratch on him...... also Yamato took care of most of his division....

It makes so much sense for her to be up there, still nothing about her and Kaido relationship, she can explain Kaido abilities and power to them, she can help do what Ace and Oden intended to do. Like I don’t understand why she’s still with Momo when nobody is even coming for Momo right now, everyone is pretty much occupied, it’s just time wasting again. Like in Dressrosa when Sabo could have been doing more important things he was messing around with Burgess for no reason.

Sasaki actually has a bruise around his eye

So what lol? That equates to giving someone trouble? Yamato entire body was bruised up and she would probably have beaten Sasaki who was clean. Sasaki devil fruit is probably one of the toughest ancient zoans, Sasaki must have haki, something which franky doesn’t. The only issue is that Sasaki is probably slower than Franky but other than that as of now Sasaki takes this fight, his devil fruit involves him charging at the enemies using his face or head, him bumping into someone shielded with wapo metal is bound to have a small bruise on his face. Doesn’t mean anything to be honest lol

I don't know if she's going to get a solo battle. I know Oda's doing his Yonkou vs Supernova thing right now but I find it hard to believe that Yamato won't fight her father at some point. Having her stay with Momo and Shinobu will keep her from getting worn down and allow her to plausibly join the fray and fight Kaido with the Supernovas.

But then we recall Jack's situation.

Jack hasn't been seen since he was saved by Kaido. Kaido told him to tend to his wounds. Normally this would mean he's out of the fight but Oda has highlighted that Ancient Zoans are particularly durable and have significantly fast recovery time, plus even in his human form, he was portrayed as having a super sturdy body. Jack will be back baby. I think Jack is the best candidate for a solo battle, but if Yamato doesn't get one, she will definitely be fighting with her father. Even then, defeating Jack and fighting Kaido is very possible. Jack has already been through a tough battle against the Mink onslaught, so he's probably going to be operational, but not 100% when he goes against Yamato. This allows Oda to have Yamato defeat Jack without having her go all out and getting too exhausted to fight Kaido later on and lets Jack lose another fight without looking weak.

I suppose it's also possible for her to fight against Hawkins and/or Apoo? I think they might eventually turn on Kaido for the whole new generation vs old generation deal but idk.
