I can see that happening however, many fans will not be satisfied in Oda off screensthe battle.

I believe a couple of the SH will only accomplish their dreams after Luffy becomes pk.
Brooke's dream of meeting Laboon can only happen after Luffy becomes pk
Nami's goal of drawing a world map can only happen after Luffy becomes pk. Mind you, at the moment, the SH have barely explored the world and by the time Luffy becomes pk, it would still be the same. Look at paradise, the supernovas used different routes to get to a body, meaning that there are multiple areas the SH have not gone to which means they will need to visit them for Namito draw the world map.
Chopper's dream of curing all diseases. He can only achieve this by traveling the world and curing the people. Only achievable after Luffy becomes pk.
Franky's dream of creating a ship that can sail the entire world. Only achievable after Luffy becomes pk.

So it is not like they will be doing nothing after Lufy becomes pk. They will continue sailing the world, will be the strongest crew in the world thus will have the freedom to sail everywhere and accomplish the dream ofthe different SH that require them to sail the entire world

That's all well and fine, I don't think it's humanly possible for them all to achieve their dreams AT THE SAME TIME. This is why I believe there will be a flash forward to the future showing us what they've done in 10-20 years.

How I see things happening is Luffy vs BB fight for pk
Then final war happens where pk crew fights against navy/wg

True. I can see a flash forward where we are shown how the sh etc are doing. I agree it will not make sense for all sh to achieve their dreams at the same time.

The reason I believe Pk fight and final fight are separate is cause wb said the after someone finds one piece, the final war will happen afterwards.

I highly doubt it Bb will just chill and let Luffy get one piece. He will fight Luffy for it. Only after that will one of them get one piece and become pk.

Zoro not having the final fight isn't about it negatively effecting luffy.
Its just that
1. Zoro isn't the main character
2. Zoro becoming wss is significantly less significant than whatever luffys final battle will be

I dont see Zoro being the final fight of the series. I can see Luffy vs Coby/Smoker being the final fight.

If his final fight is Venus, then Zoro will simply have an easier time for his final fight, or be highly nerfed by circumstances as usual.

Venus over someone like Mihawk? who was introduced in the east blue to be zoro end goal. Mihawk also made a promise, where he would stay the strongest until Zoro surpassed him. Mihawk is a well informed man, I doubt he doesn’t know of the Gorosei/holy knights; and these men were also worried of enraging kaido. Why would these “gods” be afraid of someone that was weaker than shanks? Mihawk is the only choice.

At the end, where peak of hakimen should be.
Story progression, imo, next up WG war where Imu & gang falls, after that, the final stretch of the PK race where Blackbeard falls before Cross Guild. Oda's own words are that battle shounen gets too serious towards the end and he wants to fool around more.

Luffy vs Buggy as the finale is the ultimate fooling around.
Why Zoro fights him is the same why he fought him in Baratie, to prove that he is the strongest.
Not sure what you mean with how does Zoro fight him...

lmao, you had to put Cross Guild as the last enemy to even make it work.
