I think Sanji will get it soon.He seems to have developed his character a lot.Killer will show up with COC when Kidd challenges Luffy later on.I think Ussop will unlock COC in the final war.

I disagree. Just because of how many conquerors are already on the Strawhats. I really don’t think they need 4.

The only other Strawhat that could get CoC is Usopp and that would be just as ridiculous as Buggy being a Yonkou. :saden:
