Does Minato have access to any other techniques (other than Flying Raijin for evasion) that can prevent Itachi's MS abilities from traversing through his line of sight?

Why assume that
It isn't low tier though, Naruto couldn't break out of it with neither pain nor controlling his chakra. And there's nothing stopping Itachi from putting Minato under Tsukuyomi while he's under the finger genjutsu.

Yeah TS is a GG, but Itachi doesn't just automatically go from 3 tomoe to mangekyo. Minato would have enough time to know better.
14 year old Obito is not better at genjutsu than Itachi, absolutely laughable take. And if Obito had genjutsu'd Minato, the story would be over, stop using plot contrivances as arguments, they hold no water in actual vs debates.
Genjutsu is what Itachi spams and starts with, if the fight lasted more than a minute then he would use Susanoo, but sadly Minato goes down to genjutsu within the first five seconds.
