Not sure why you're tagging me. It's a poll. I don't need to explain but sure. Some people chose Scopper, some people chose other characters, whilst some people think Kid doesn't know what he's talking about despite having Killer with him and this plot-point being introduced to give him a potential edge in some way and expand on other people who may have info. Opinions vary.

Scopper's a former Roger Pirate and would have info hence he's in the poll, no one's claiming it's him for sure or anything like that. Just speculation, just like giving any other answer.
