He went out pathetically. Not using his Zoan or Lunarian defence for absoutely no reason. Like ffs why wasnt his Lunarian Flames not even on. Its not like he was even moving or using speed at the end lmao. And of course he never used Hybrid once in 1035...even though his Zoan Wings were the only thing that were overpowering Zoro. Its just lame tbh.

nah its just that zoro is that fast , there were two things with acoc Zoro , in the first stage he was able to go through king's scales so instead of turning king into a slicing bag , king sacrificed his toptier durab for toptier speed and thats how its shown u can easily see that some fight happened offscreen which proved zoro right

the reason king switched to speed mode because he realized that zoro's acoc attacks could damage him in his defence mode
so even if king still had the same durability in his speed mode it won't be much probelm for Zoro

King has his fire on => Zoro cannot hurt him => King took Zoro attack head on => Zoro unlocked AdvCoC => Zoro can hurt King => King started to block Zoro’s attack => King felt the danger Zoro represented => King changed strategy => King used speed mode => Zoro can tag him so he can still hurt him => King changed strategy => King put himself above ground and off island to attack from distance and be certain that Zoro cannot reach him => Zoro close the distance in a blink, cut his magma dragon and his hardened blade in one stroke.
