Speculations Why are buccaneers treated worse than Ds?

I mean Oda definitely has to address why tf they had Monkey D. Garp as one of their top men, because there are many reasons why they should have set him up and killed him young.

I think a much better explanation for Ds would be that the world government wants some Ds for themselves. At the very least, Nefertari Vivi seemed to be someone the CDs liked. Not to mention, freezing over Nika's old hat.
Perhaps it might be that Nika was the most beloved of the CDs among themselves and one of the strongest, but at the same time he loved humans and other races which the other CDs did not understand. Nika might be the middle man that allowed other races to live for as long as they did, and it was only after he was gone that the CDs started going all out with hatred.

There are three points:
- The D's don't always reveal themselves. Law's family, for example, omitted the "D" in their surname;
- Most D's are completely unaware of their past. That's why some are accepted in the marines (e.g.: Garp and Saul);
- The Buccaneers were rare and seemed to carry Nika's story from generation to generation. Two birds with one stone: get rare/useful slaves, extinguish Nika's legend.
Probably because D.'s can be any race and have no discernible traits...they can literally be anyone and as long as they keep it a secret, no one could know.
Off-topic, hopefully Oda actually makes this "Buccaneer" race actually relevant and impressive, if they're just budget giants then it's a complete waste of time, he already spent a shit ton of time hyping giants up only to have them used as hype-tools for every character imaginable, like Big Mom saying she'd be PK with them under her command, then Oda has Big Mom as a five year old almost wiping out an entire village of them on Elbaf lol, he always oddly wanks these fodder as if they're suppose to be game changing but never actually delivers it.
