Kaido's biggest hype was his Durability and being unkillable. That had nothing to do with haki, it was all his devil fruit.
Take away that durability and he wouldn't have been able to take even close to half the attacks that he took. It's basically undeniable.

He literally gets everything from his fruit.

Like bigmam haki defends her unconsciously, similar thing is with kaido. I agree on the part his fruit give him extra stats. But kaidou and Bigmam uses haki continuously / unconsciously to defend themselves.

‘So dragon fruit is auto awaked fruit and easily to awaken as strongest creature as dragon.

Momo , kaido , nika have similar eyebrows .

Losers are losers, DFs has nothing to do with that. You can't say weapon users are losers.

Oda probably couldn’t think of a good way to implement it. The awakenings he gave Lucci and Kaku are pretty pointless, for example.

It simply became an avenue to give Luffy 1 more power up along with the fruit retcon.
