That alone proves they don't adapt manga 1:1 and then add filler

You didn't post any evidence at all. Fact is, the anime knows more than us and clearly they're getting this information from either Oda, or someone who works for Oda. Anime is still canon. It was also really beautifully animated btw.

And even IF that happened, we still lack all kinds of possible conversations they might have had.

This is of course wild speculation, sanji defeating page1 is more plausible anyway, but its not set in stone (yet)

Oda let episodes air in which Brook was clearly affected by electrocution and Trébol was undoubtedly a logia user. The anime has contradicted the original work before and Oda has given no shit about it.

Sanji killing page one, THAT would change manga since it would remove page one from the series and if he would appear in the manga again that would make it impossible for toei to bring him back.
