It so fast that Luffy can fly with it while Luffy in g2 couldnt.

Um yes. Because Luffy in g4 is kicking the air so fast that he can fly and his blows against Doffy were pretty instant like Leo bazooka.

Bound Man being able to fly has nothing to do with speed, it has to do with Bound man being so bouncy that it can bounce off of the air, like Luffy is using geppo.

In that one attack lol. That was the only gear 4 attack that Doffy couldn’t react to. He had no trouble reacting to every other attack, which along with the FTE thing clearly shows Gear 2 > Gear 4 in speed.

And its the springiness making him able to kick the air the way he does there. It has more to do with the nature of how G4 works than with speed. And thats still what doflamingo concluded, and i also didnt miss the !! .
