Right even if Kid is done as a pirate like the narrator box implied that doesn’t mean he won’t have a great moment later down the line.

Oda doesn’t kill off characters and I doubt he would want to create a character who stuck being a loser forever. Even Moria got some props from Oda by having him not submit to Blackbeard. Kid has his role to play in the story and that isn’t being the PK, just like Law has had his for a while.

Law for sure. the immortality surgery, the will of d, maybe the meaning of “water” in his name. Law has had his role set in the story for awhile now, oda just needed to take him out of the race gracefully.

Kid on the other hand was in limbo. We don’t know what he wants and his personality isn’t like Law’s who’s okay sharing the spotlight with Luffy. The only thing people could come up with is either a fight vs Luffy or a huge character changing moment for him(killer dying back in Wano was a theory). The Shanks loss might be that moment

Zoro arguably got all his character development done in the First half. Now it's just him doing cool things. While I find him boring and not written well at times. He definitely gets moments in every arc.

No, you like the character only cause he is "succesfull" in ur eyes, its not called being a real fan, if it was the same situation but it was big mom or orochi you would still like the character even though they got dogshit personality and are boring as hell.
