I just noticed that Luffy's new King Kong Gun is open palmed
Against Goki, that was a classic brute force Kong Gun. It seems like he has a whole new set of moves, but he's still sticking with the same old moves.

It doesn't matter what don't yall get. These are being saved because Oda wants them to use it for hype. Kaido and his 3 clamaties still haven't used it yet. You can use Hybrid in any situation because these guys have other moves. King has a sword, Queen weapons and sword and Jack sword. Their best showing will be in their hybrid. Kaido fought Oden and Oda still ain't show hus hybrid
Luffy would plow through them since Big Mom without haki and her devil fruit took out Queen- YC2 in 3 hits.
Big mom without haki and her devil fruit is weaker than WCI Gear 4 Boundman Luffy, since she was forcd to use haki fused with her devil fruit( like Gear 4) and her body weight to stop gear 4 Kong Gun and it still still shook her.
That was befoe Luffy attained Future Sight, 2 level of Advanced Armament Haki and seastone base strength training.
Zoan are the best type of opponents for Luffy, since he excels in physical strength.

Like others said because Oda wants to keep it for Kaido.
We saw that kaido could take any punch that Luffy would throw at him so he will be patronizing Luffy once they meet again and that's when Luffy will use it to make it regret his words. It'll probably be a double spread with Kaido spitting blood and feeling pain, classic Oda.
Also seems like this adv CoA makes him much more powerful to the point where he can spam G4 without any concern, so I guess he's also keeping it as an ace under his sleeves.
