Those aren't inherent for them though. It started with them. They were born with great potential and realized it. Many people die without ever knowing they're conquers. Sabo comes under the same roof too.
If we're to ignore the CoC users, then the admirals that don't have CoC will take the cake assuming some of them aren't born with CoC.

Yeah Shanks could cut Kidd's cannon properly but he nuked him, i have a point alright. "Shanks being more reliant to his sword than anyone else as cripple it becomes infinitely more valuable" by you purely wishing on it doesnt change Shanks has better feats and portrayal in the manga compared to Mihawk. While Mihawk's WSS title was exposed to follow the sentence "greater specifically in sword skill than Red Hair", so much for WSS title being glimmer of hope of being stronger than Shanks.
Why are you still pushing that nonsense? Being stronger than someone does not automatically mean you are more skilled than them. Just like being faster than someone does automatically mean you are a more skilled runner.

It tells us not only is Mihawk stronger than Shanks by being the WSS, he is also a more skilled swordsman. Mihawk being the World Strongest Swordsman doesn't automatically mean he's more skilled than any other swordsman. It just means he is stronger.
The manga doesn't need to tell us Mihawk is stronger because the WSS title already does that. It's no different than an announcer not needing to tell everyone the winner of the race is faster than the competition. Why, because winning the race did that.

Film Red implies its genetic and the figurlands just have a huge potential. Garling continues the celestial body theme of the Gorosei and Ancient weapons, so it might even be that Figureland family also has some god power or status. I’ve speculated before that Gatling could be the Sword God for example.
