@ErionRoronoa Yes, Mihawk is a powerhouse. I have him at third place (with Shanks) in my list of the strongest characters currently, after Dragon and Akainu.

If Mihawk has such insane observation, how come he can't sense Zoro's powerlevel in relation to the baboons? He even sweats which people do when they are afraid, threatened and feel danger. Mihawk is afraid of Zoro's current power leveI and potential

Zoro was kinda half-dead, m8. It's different from overall strength if a character is in a bad state.

And CoO is not a measurement tool... it can notify you of powerful enemy, but not once we've been shown someone gauge exact measurements of how strong a character is from CoO. Otherwise Kaido won't be shocked 24/7 at things WG has been doing up top.

Rayliegh probably just had a rough estimate of Luffy's power, not exact measurement.

He could tell with a pretty rough but fairly accurate estimate the powerlevels of the creatures and that of Luffy, though maybe not exact a we're talking about having island level CoO. Lihawk had no freaking clue. Idk what that tells you

Kaido>Mihawk>rest. When Zoro kills Kaido, Mihawk is promoted to nr1.

If Zoro kills Kaido that would make him the nr 1. That is how things works.

Why would top 2 in the verse ally themselves with the World Government to avoid being hunted?

Rayleigh was living on the Island pretty much next door to Marine Headquarters with no fucks given.

In fact, they still aren't trying to go after Rayleigh despite knowing exactly where he is. The second they abolished the Shichibukai, they immediately sent soldiers after Mihawk.

That tells you a lot when they won't directly go after someone who knows the secrets of the World, and a potential threat to them in the Future due to his connection with Luffy. They still leave this man alone, and he didn't need to be their Ally for them to do so.
