Luffy only had One Physical powerup in Udon, and we don't really know how much stronger he got there, perhaps 2-4 times physically stronger but not as much as people think

Otherwise Luffy hasn't changed that much since Fishman Island. Only his Haki was upgraded

What you mean by physcal power up? Naturally stronger? We can't measure that and he having hard time against Apoo, Ulti, Yamato and getting easily knocked out by Kaido twice doesn't supports that.

And I don't think you can really become better in haki without getting stronger physically. Specially about CoC.

Luffy is a yonkou and has two underlings worth over a billion has a shichibukai in his crew and the daughter of a yonkou with adcoc. You can't really overrated Luffy he's a Yonkou and will probably be worth over 5 billion.

Zoro is weak in comparison stop.
