Sanji doesn't hate Reiju, while their first interactions at the beggining of WCI were rather rough it's clear that he sincerely loves her unlike Judge and his brothers.

And here I thought Sasuke is secretly a Vinsmoke. Jokes aside, to answer your question; Sanji doesn't particularly hate his sister, he simply doesn't have that loving bond you'd usually find b/w siblings with Reju or any of his siblings for that matter. Irrc, Reju wasn't always kind towards Sanji and she wasn't always there to help him when he needed her the most. It's understandable why she didn't take his side but it's not something you'd be able to digest if you're in Sanji's shoes.
