I doubt honestly. Characters are super humans, the suit is not quite heavy enough to properly slow him down.

Also the durability advantage is hyperbolic bud.

Even Zoro who trained with dumbell weighing tens of tons, said that the RS will slow him down, but even by wearing that, Sanji use 1% more of his usual effort and his speed was such that he blutz Page 1 like a mad powerhouse. Sanji self-nerfing himself is too noble so its not that easy to beat Kaidou if he decides to be involved.

I think the same thing about Enma.

I think Enma & The Raid Suit are both Red Herrings.

In the same way that Enma isn't gonna be Zoro's new Sword, the Raid Suit isn't gonna be Sanji's real power up.
