How is Zoro being mad at Orochi, while entire Wano is madder at him than Zoro, equalling to Zoro fighting the guy that Luffy is mad at?
Kanjuro's paintings and hair techniques seem like something that can deal with Luffy's powers while Zoro mows it down easily...

All of them arcs where Zoro had separated 1vs1 fights while Sanjino didnt or the opponents were nowhere close.

People tend to ignore the matchup issue. It’s true that Cracker and Katakuri were hella strong and Luffy struggled big time against them, but it’s in no small part due to their tricky abilities. They’re living nightmares for pure brawlers.

Only fight where Sanji's opponent was even close to Zoros was Jabra but even there Jabra is massively overrated.
Zoros opponent was a swordsman yet his physical strength before DF was equal to Sanjis.
But feat wise Kaku mid diffs Jabra.
