Character Discussion Will Garling have unique role in future events

Will Oda save something unique to him, or will he share same gate as rest of Gorosei now that he is one of them. I really doubt each Gorosei will have something special related to him in manga but Garling may be exception.

Normally I would say he will share same fate now as Gorosei but Oda did include him among 12 characters who will have role in fight for one piece so maybe he still has something in his mind.

Could have quite some narrative tied to it.
All others will probably have significantly less narrative.

Garling has his own one piece goals that goes against Imu and the rest of the gorosei so I doubt he'd go down with them as a group.

Yeah, think he is plotwise the second in command fo the WG and the arm of Imu in future events.

Also, belive Oda made the position God of Science and Defence thinking on him being more for the Defence side while Saturn was the Science side

BB kills imu + gorosei he also absorb his powers
Garling betray them and ally with Teach
He fights his son at the final war

Very likely. He is most likely the strongest gorosei and due to his family involving shanks the most ingrained in the plot. Not sure what that may be since in the end he is still a subordinate.

I think He is gonna be like Spandam of Mary Geoise, not Power Wise ofc, He is definitely Strong, but like He has his own Agenda & there will be an Important Flashback about him, where Someone wants to take Revenge against him, and He will get his hands on Imu's Time Bomb similar to how Spandam had Aokiji's Permission to Summon a Buster Call or how Perospero was leading Big Mom in WCI Arc

Luffy instead will have to Face Garling's Lucci/Katakuri at first, who is that Shanks Lookalike from Holy Knights imo.
