Does Oda foreshadowing that Saint Figarland Garling will kill Dracule Mihawk??
Garling has a theme-appearance that represents a vampire hunter.His name is Garling=Garlic his signature-crest-hair is in shape of moon,a swordman with probably legendary blade(possibly something to do with silver[named or made of silver] or something "holy"[maybe devil fruit holy]).
In his name has the title "Saint"(vs "Evil") plus he was leader of the Holy knights[the real holy knights had as their symbol the cross formed like the hilt from Mihawk sword,maybe this means that Dracule family is one of the 20 families and Mihawk was a former holy knight??], and now Garling is one of the elders with a demonic form possible a wolf or werewolf(beacuse of his moon theme).

For what? Based on the manga he has zero issues with treason, so I cant imagine a scenario where this happens. Even if Akainu tried to kill him and his entire family, Garling would do nothing like he did nothing to the rocks pirates.

I really like the idea of him having that power except the Mihawk part.

Since I believe the Nerona family is from the vampire race, I think their top brass gets annoyed at his presence like how Gorosei feels and the smugness he gives when he flex his sword coated with silver to them but they can’t do anything because he’s Imu’s right hand man to keep CD’s on check.

Mihawk is not chasing fir One piece his sole existence is for Zoro to surpass him it’s obvious he will be Zoro’s final hurdle .

I don't know if it can be called a fake promise since a lot of the examples there were him being nerfed or not having the necessary tools to even hurt the villain at the moment (like what was he even supposed to do against Enel and Kizaru? the latter is a top tier too). And some of the panels weren't even him really being defeated, just hurt badly.
