Current Events Will New Villain Appear Next Chapter?

Right after Kaidou was Defeated, Oda made Kid mention a New Character "Man With Burn Scar"
And then He mentioned him again during Aokiji/BB Flashback where We got more Info on him & Shiryu theorized that He works for WG
Soon after, Dragon mentioned Holy Knights & Readers started Theorizing about Shanks looking guy among them
And then, He decided to Introduce us to Leader of Holy Knights (Basically their Spandam, not saying He is Weak, just mean Position Wise)
And finally, at End of Vegapunk Speech, Oda showed this Mysterious Man again alongside Major Characters who all appeared this Arc

This doesn't seem like an Introduction reserved for a Future Arc, it feels more like Oda is slowly preparing us for his Epic Introduction this very same Arc, and it will be revealed that Shadow Man is also Top Holy Knight who appeared when Dragon was talking & also Man With Burn Scar, which Confirms Shiryu Theory

It also makes perfect sense, cuz Oda made sure to show us Sabo Sub-Plot who is Hunted by Holy Knights, Introduction of Garling who is Leader of this Shadow Man, BB Pirates Sub-Plot who are looking for him, and also Shanks who resembles him ... etc

So i thought, what are the Chances that maybe this Mysterious Man gonna be Introduced when SHs are about to Leave Egghead.
I checked Egghead Arc from Start & i noticed that it can actually be Split into Six Parts:

Obviously, First Part starts when Arc started & it represents "Introduction", and We will know that it Ended when something new shows up that Main Cast are forced to deal with, disturbing the Peace & Quiet of "Part 1", and that is obviously when Lucci/CP-0 Arrived & Entered Egghead

So Part 2 is obviously gonna focus on that Conflict and it was mostly about dealing with Seraphim, which involved both CP-0 & Traitor Plot (York), how do We know when this Part Ends? Obviously when We reach Last Chapter showing anything about it & then the Story changes focus, which was when We started only getting Outside Egghead Chapters

Meaning Part 3 is gonna be a break from Egghead where the Chess Pieces are put into place, when does it End? When the Story brings something new to justify return to Egghead Chapters, which was Kizaru entering, just like CP-0 previously marked End of Part 1

We are back to Egghead with Part 4, and it mostly starts with Interactions between Kizaru, Sentomaru, Bonney & Vegapunk, why? Cuz these are Group who were with Kuma during his Operation, in other words, Part 4 is about Kuma's Story, and it's indeed when We gotten his Flashback, so when does Part 4 End? When Kuma's Flashback is Over

Before i Continue, let me tell you something very interesting about these Parts & why i found that it's Important to mention them:

Part 1 ---> Chapter 1058 (Start of Egghead) to Chapter 1068 (CP-0 Attack) ---> Eleven Chapters
Part 2 ---> Chapter 1069 (Start of Labo Conflict) to Chapter 1079 (Last Egghead Appearance before taking a Break) ---> Eleven Chapters
Part 3 ---> Chapter 1080 (No Egghead Anymore) to Chapter 1090 (Kizaru Enters Egghead) ---> Eleven Chapters
Part 4 ---> Chapter 1091 (Focus on Kuma Group) to Chapter 1101 (Kuma Flashback catches up to Main Timeline) ---> Eleven Chapters

So as you can see, Oda is consistent with the Numbers (Which is Suspicious tbh cuz many People complained from Slow Pacing lately, suggesting that Oda might be doing it on Purpose to not mess up the Count)

So Part 5 should also be Eleven Chapters, and if you go check those Chapters, you find that They are mostly about Vegapunk, his Reaction to Kuma, what He did to Pacifista for Bonney, witnessing Egghead getting Bombed, his Final Moments, Death, Start of Broadcast ... etc

After Eleven Chapters, what happens? Broadcast begins (Chapter 1113 which marked Start of Part 6) & it ended up being Focus of entire Part (Also known as Reaction Piece). Last Chapter was End of Broadcast & it was Tenth Chapter in this Part, meaning Next Chapter should be Last One from this Part & it's 66th Chapter Overall

So again, We had Introduction Part, Seraphim Conflict Part, Outside Egghead Part, Kuma's Past Part, End of Vegapunk Part & Reaction Piece/Broadcast Part. Each one lasting about Eleven Chapters (Which is around Size of a Volume)

Even if Oda didn't make it very precise, it's still clear that each Part is around 11 Chapters, give or take
So Chapter 1123 should be an Important Chapter

What does this Chapter's Importance have to do with Shadow Man?
Well, most interesting detail about those Parts is that when each One Ends, there is a Different Villain for Egghead Arc

Part 1 End ---> Lucci was Main Villain of Egghead Arc
Part 2 End ---> York was Main Villain of Egghead Arc
Part 3 End ---> Kizaru was Main Villain of Egghead Arc
Part 4 End ---> Saturn was Main Villain of Egghead Arc
Part 5 End ---> Gorosei were Main Villains (Equally Shared) of Egghead Arc

Following this Pattern, it's very possible that when Next Chapter comes out, a New Villain will show up immediately & it needs to be someone who works for WG, and it makes perfect sense for it to be Shadow Guy who is revealed to be the Crown Jewel of Holy Knights & Man With Burn Scar as Shiryu theorized

And tbh it's not First Time that Oda decides to do this kind of Introduction
In Baratie, it started with Fullbody & then switched to Gin & then Don Krieg & then out of nowhere Mihawk appeared
In Whisky Peak, it started with Mr. 9 & then Mr. 8 & then Mr. 5 came & then Robin Introduced herself as They were leaving
In Long Ring, there were Three Rounds against Foxy Pirates, each time a Different Villain & then out of nowhere Aokiji appeared
Same thing for Water 7 & also Sabaody & also Punk Hazard ... etc

Oda loves this Idea of letting you focus on many Characters so that you don't Expect who He gonna Introduce at the End
He even admitted it himself when He said that He made many Shipwrights in Water 7 so Readers find it hard to guess who's gonna be the Main Baddy

Ofc this is just a Theory, and it can be proven very quickly to be wrong as Chapter is coming out soon, but i thought it's worth mentioning
Cuz i feel that Oda is hiding Shadow Man too much that it makes sense He is gonna be Fully Introduced soon

It is implied someone from the 3-eye tribe is needed to get OP. BB went out of his way to invade BM's territory and kidnap Pudding for her ability to read Poneglyphs. The burn scar dude could be a Roger pirate or helped them.

Mainly due to the parallel with Journey to the West which has parallels with all the big shots from One Piece end game.

Also, every faction interested in One Piece is somehow finding ways of reading Poneglyhps...
SHs have Robin, BBPs have Pudding, Shanks might have some Giants like Saul who read Ohara's books, Buggy will probably also get someone and that leads me to believing that even WG has someone who can read them which should be Burn Scar if he is 3-eyed...
May not be the case at all though as it doesn't really change much as only those who will find it need a reader.

We honestly don't need more, but Oda loves dumping more shit into the pile for no reason. I can almost guarantee that there's gonna be more hidden steps revealed.

The man with the burn scar is the next candidate as major villain since Elbaf doesn't seen to have one. Shanks was there in peace, so there's no evil ruler...

The only problems I see are:

1. This man is on a black ship on the sea, not Elbaf.
2. He have the last Poneglyph, and BB is after him too... Shanks and Buggy needs this Poneglyph too... so in order to face him, the other Yonkos need to be there aswell for an All Out Battle.

My theory is that this man will be on the next arc after Elbaf (with the others yonkos).
As for Elbaf, Akainu with a grand fleet or the 5 elders in person invading Elbaf could work. Or Elbaf is truly a short arc like Zou.
