Because its coa not fire. its just shaped like a flame, it takes a special type of fanboy to look at that picture posted above look at the coa on his left handed sword closest to the persective and say it not shaped like a flame, even more so when he used koka his sword begore he pushed back on the bird cage and it was completely different to that.

On my phone atm, so it’s a bit of a pain to find & post Zoro’s DR armament panels but from what I remember, Zoro’s Haki always crawls on his swords when he coats them.However, let’s agree to disagree ^^. The thread is going a bit off course 🙏🏿

Ive got the panels in front of me but they wont post, the dressrosa was just when he coated the blades but when he used them to push the birdcage back there wasnt any there and the coating was a lot more liquid like, whereas this is an attack and is clearly a flame pattern.

Ive tried its not working just google the rengoku onigiri he uses on killer and on his swords his coa is clearly flames.

I think black flames is a stupid idea. It was already done in naruto and is kinda already associated with naruto, so idk why Sanji would get it. If anyone gets black fire, imo it would be Sabo as we already have hints that Sabo is an ACoA user. But I don't want anyone to get black flames. I think it is dumb and is visually disgusting.

Anyways, I don't think Sanji needs another power up apart from the raid suit. Sanji's equivalent to asura and G4 is hell memories. Oda has been holding out on hell memories for quite some time so I expect it to be his post-timeskip trump card. I don't think Oda will give him any main power ups until he fleshes out hell memories. Which is why Oda gave Sanji the raid suit, which is just a tool that boosts all of his stats, instead of having him learn a new skill.

I'm honestly a little at a loss regarding Sanji's evolution in the future. I feel as if Oda is slowly phasing him out of the Monster Trio to replace him by Jinbe, since he now has to use his Germa suit to be up to speed with Zoro and Luffy's power-ups. He seems to take a more support role compared to Jinbe, who is a pure warrior like Zoro and Luffy.

um, no. Luffy has 3 top commanders: Zoro-Sanji-Jinbe, like every other top tier crew. Even if Jinbe>Sanji, Sanji will still be a top fighter.

Maybe but I think the chances of it happening are pretty slim at this point. It would probaby have happened already if Oda wanted to give him black flames. Besides, Sanji wears black pants so Oda would have a hard time making black flames stand out.

Blue flames would make more sense, since it's actually a thing and they're hotter than regular ones.

The RS must be destroyed
He must develop his COA
Use the rokushiki
And be more serious in the new world instead of hitting on every girl he sees.

And then maybe sanji will be worthy to stay in the monster trio, but for now I think jimbei is replacing him,when zoro and luffy were training their COA,sanji was in the background
It just goes to show the difference in treatment between luffy,zoro and sanji
