2nd, Sanji isn't a Swordsman, you can't compare his application of Haki.
3rd, if you use pannels for shown me that Zoro has that kind of Advanced Haki, you should put those panels when the Sanji Clashes had the same Haki effects than in Haki clashes.

Ok Ok, anyways, Sanji has shown black aura on the anime, his flames are red, if Oda hasn't showned us Sanji's Koka it's because when he'll shown us his Haki, he would change.
