Sanji was never going to the rooftop cause he doesn't attack women. That means even if he showed up he wouldn't kick bigmom or kaido since they are women.

Chrono I hope you know your part of the problem, Expecting Sanji to fight the Main Villain is NUTS. why not just setttle for 3rd that never leads to disappointment. And Narratively it all made more sense
