Current Events Will Weevil come to Wano ?

The first time we saw him and his mother Ms Bakkin it was made clear that Weevil had an antagonistic relation with the former crewmates and allies of Whitebeard, and was looking for Marco though less because he really desired to (as he wants to avenge his "father" by killing Blackbeard instead) but because the greedy Ms Bakkin is certain that Whitebeard left behind a fabulous fortune and that Marco knows where it is (not knowing that it doesn't exist). To find Marco Ms Bakkin decided to hunt for Luffy in order to force him to tell them where Marco is (again despite Luffy having no clue about his location, nor that he would have spoken if he knew).

This caused already some to think that Weevil and Ms Bakkin would eventually appear during Wano arc to find and fight Luffy for the whereabouts of Marco.
But as if it was not enough already the individual concerned just appeared in Wano after having changed his mind about helping the alliance.

Do you think that with all of that Weevil will actually come to Wano ? If yes will he immediatly find and fight Marco upon his arrival ? Or will he meet Luffy before ?
Will he truly confront Luffy of all the arc if he appears in Wano ?

I think Weevil's too busy dealing with SSG.

I think there's enough characters on Wano to balance for now without adding Weevil to the mix. That's why I'm happy with the BM Pirates being neutralised.

As long as Weevil is controlled by Ms Bakkin, it wouldn't make sense.

She is after money, not getting involved in other people's wars and fighting dangerous opponents like the Yonko Blackbeard Pirates.

If anything, Marco leaving Sphinx island to get himself hurt is the kind of development Ms Bakkin would be praising. They can take their time and search for Whitebeard's treasure while the strongest fighters in the crew go off to meddle against a Yonko alliance.

Of course, this is all dependent on Bakkin and Weevil successfully defeating or outrunning the Marines. The SSG could currently be after them, perhaps even an Admiral on the hunt. The only thing on their mind right now is escape.

I just don’t see this happening, honestly. My concern is that Weevil and Bakkin somehow escaped the Marines and decided that going to confront Luffy in Wano would attract too much attention, so his mother decided to change course and figured out a way to locate Marco’s protectorate village. Now that he’s confirmed as not being there, Weevil will slaughter everyone in town, giving Marco (and likely Luffy) a reason to fight him AFTER Wano when they hear about it.

Yes he will.

We have yet to see of his abilities. No Haki or special moves.

Whether he will be relevant in the story again, they will have to show what makes him fearsome.
