Sanji's getting COC alright! Whether or not he'll get good enough to split skies is a different story altogether. I'd say, it's not impossible.

I don't have a super complex reason to believe it, to be honest. Roger had 3 COC users in his crew, and Rocks had even more. So I believe Luffy should at least have 2 COC users under him if he's gonna be as good as if not better than those two. Sanji, I think, is the most logical choice after Zoro as he's being projected as Luffy's left-hand man.

No, that is reserved for Yonko lvl chars since they have Adv CoC.
So even if Zoro is confirmed as CoC user, he won't have Adv CoC, like Rayleigh.
And Sanji does not have even CoC in the first place, so it's impossible.
