Questions & Mysteries Will Zoro and Sanji unlock CoC in this arc?

Idk how some people argue that Sanji is a better leader than Zoro. It’s funny because in the manga he’s the third option behind Zoro and Jinbe and whenever he’s thrust into a difficult decision, he lets his emotions take charge while Zoro remains calm, rational and focusses on the benefit of the group as a whole. Case in point
  • Luffy Vs Aokiji, Sanji slams Usopp into a wall and yells at him while Zoro reminds everyone that Luffy’s request for a duel should be honoured
  • Luffy vs Usopp - says nothing of value while Nami breaks down in tears and Zoro reminds Luffy that a Captain needs to be someone that everyone can believe in
  • Zou & WCI - believes that Luffy will just abandon his nakama, kicks his captain in the face while utterly failing to communicate, wallows in self pity and shows little understanding of Luffy’s personality and morals. Zoro reminds the crew that they are facing down two yonko and cannot simply make the emotional decision to commit their entire crew to an impromptu rescue mission

  • If anyone on the crew is going to get COC, it would clearly be the man who led the gladiators and samurai in Dressrosa, has impressed at least 3 of the Scabbards with his willpower and strength and who has pledged to conquer the world of swordsmanship.

A

ardym

Why that? We don't know what they are or where they can be found. Unless we are speaking about Raftel or its range and even then we don't know.
since nobody known was able to find the all blue . it is for sure some kind of legend of ancient history.
just like the one piece .

both of them are leader , Zoro has only the advantage of being from the supernova , they are but differnt for sure . if you mix both of them you get Luffy .

Zoro seems like the obvious choice... but if he doesn't get it this arc then i don't see any sh getting it.

Tbh with how Oda is making CoC less and less rare and now seeing pretty much all Yonko were "serving" someone at some point it's not impossible for Sanji or even Ussop to unlock it
yeah the Rocks how many of them have CoC pretty much many :D and Luffy's crew are gonna surpass them all.

Zoro isn't a good leader. It's a fighter that usually goes around on his own, a lone wolf as Mihawk.
The majot example of his leadership is when he just said "we are going to stop the Birdcage" and the others went to help him (and he would have failed without Fujitora, an admiral).
He was in charge of half the crew between Zou and Wano and there isn't a single panel of him talking to them.
A couple of situation in which he has given good advises to Luffy doesn't make him a leader: he can be noticed as a strong one or someone with the aura of a feral beast but he is not the charismatic one in the crew. That is Luffy.

Sanji at least was the acting captain of the strawhats between Dressrosa and Zou. He has some good panels of him being their leader even in WCI after he returned to the Sunny.
He actually led the G5 marines.
But i know that is not enough, or at least it shouldn't be

However Zoro will obviously unlock CoC because Oda has been giving it to any sort of character in the NW and he is too popular, it doesn't matter if it doesn't make any sense. He will be stronger than many with CoC anyway: Doflamingo, Katakuri, even prime Sengoku and Shanks at the end of the serie. Maybe Kid.
It just doesn't fit with his character

It just doesn't fit with his character
Robin was deferring to Zoro when they got to Zou and Luffy went off on his own. He was also taking point and the first to respond to Carrot's attack. After that Luffy caught up with them.

And charisma isn't necessary for leadership - he got Dressrosa to follow his lead by setting an example. Even the kids at his dojo in Shimotsuki Village are following his lead, training in the Santoryu style.

CoC was also stated to be held by people who had the will to stand above others. The driving force in Zoro's life has been his desire to stand above all the swordsmen in the world, I'd say that fits Zoro's character quite well.

:lunazing:or in wano in chapter 944:steef:

Uhh that’s exactly what charisma is. The ability to inspire others to follow you. If Random Gladiator #69 ran up to birdcage and suddenly started pushing, would anyone follow his example? Everyone thought that attempting to stop birdcage was impossible, but Zoro’s strength, conviction and leadership by example convinced them to follow him.

A couple of situation in which he has given good advises to Luffy doesn't make him a leader: he can be noticed as a strong one or someone with the aura of a feral beast but he is not the charismatic one in the crew. That is Luffy.
Except that it does. A leader is also someone that remains cool headed and logical while others are losing their minds so that he or she can determine their next course of action. And what do you know? Others on the crew admit that Zoro’s advice is logical and end up doing as he says anyway! That’s the very definition of leadership, clearly no one else had a better idea.

Now, what else do Zoro and Luffy have in common? That’s right, care for the next generation and the ability to inspire them. Case in point, Momonosuke and Chopper looking up to Zoro as an older brother figure and the children of Shimotsuki village all trying to emulate Zoro. Tama looked up to Ace and Luffy, both COC wielders who promised to make her life better, just as Momonosuke admires Zoro’s warrior spirit and listened to his advice while training. Now, which other characters have shown a great emphasis on the next generation? Rayleigh, Whitebeard, Shanks... what could these people possibly have in common?
