I feel like people dont talk about the Rayleigh dehype this flashback enough.
People were saying his named attacks would look like this:
And that a named attack would be too much for Kizaru @ZenZu @Kurozumi Wiwi
Meanwhile, Rayleigh's named attack (and probably the only time we'll ever see him fight in his prime btw) looked like this:
This honestly looks like something Vista could pull off.
And also it's sub-mangrove kick level:
People were saying his named attacks would look like this:

This honestly looks like something Vista could pull off.
And also it's sub-mangrove kick level:
- Rocks was a massive W, character and power wise
- Young Waido and Dragon absolutely rocked in this flashback character wise. Coincidentally both are dragons lol.
Also Dragon's powerscaling should be interesting, seems like Marines are late bloomers.
- WB was highs and lows, the Shakky thing and Flightbeard were lame but he was badass otherwise, stood with Rocks and clashed singlehandedly against Rocks in a better way than Roger + Garp
- Imcel made Saturn badass for a sec but still appears to be a superannuated Venom symbiote
- Polo looks good in every way
- Eris mogs Lakky in looks and character
- Shiki is funny and had some moments as an agent of chaos
- Harald won BIG powerscaling wise but his character is a bit more mixed, I understand why he did what he did but still
- Garp looks good in terms of aura. Still a dog who gets glorified as the "good" marine without deserving it.
- Ray and Gaban didn't do much, Ray got some focus I guess
- BM and Roger took a lot of abuse although they had some moments here and there
- Silver Axe
- Gloriosa got cucked and then disappeared halfway through rescuing her own sister
- Shakky bullied her #1 OnlyKujas subscriber and then turned into a damsel
- Bumgoku wasn't even there
- Garling got diddled and it was hilarious
Neutral on the rest unless I'm forgetting something or someone.

We saw Prime Ray in action and his only claim to glory feat wise is his old self stalling GODzaru for 5 minutes
Without statements, not only is there nothing that shows Prime Ray > Old Ray, there is no on panel feat that can be used to comfortably scale Rayleigh over VIsta.
Winners:
Xebec (cool character, highlight of the FB),
Garp (truly Roger's equal, proved himself to be strong),
Imu (god-tier abilities, left without a scratch),
Kaido (avoided getting hypetooled too badly, fun character here),
Dragon (nice character writing for him here),
Kuma (saved Teach and Eris.)
Losers:
Garling (don't need to explain),
Silver Axe (hyped up but literally did nothing besides getting kicked by Pinmarco),
Holy Knights (had 0 hype here or standout moments),
Roger in a way (looked pretty meh, didn't distinguish himself here at all.)
