Strictly speaking the kill was supposed to be a two cycle poison rather than an outright kill. Things happened and well that's where we are.

Active –Chain Heal] Rehgar can choose a player each night to heal. Healing the player from any negative effect, and if the target is converted, you will know of it.( 3 shot)

Also, this flip confirms that conversions exist in this game.
