Questions & Mysteries Would Oden have turned Enma black if he was still alive?

Nope he most likely wouldn't have achieved it .
He had his Swords from a very young age (atleast since his 18 years) and never achieved that in more than 20 years of active usage so i don't see how he will have done that if he had more Time.
Mihawk had his black blade before the timeskip so he probably achieved that at a young age,same as ryuma..
I think black blades are only acheived by those at the top of swordsmanship hence why only mihawk and ryuuma have titles indicating their supremacy in swordsmanship.
Oden was never indicated as having attained the Peak in swordsmanship nor was he considered wss of his time so i don't know how he could have attained it,when last chapter he litterally told toki in his letter that he was at his Peak (and oden knows better than us what his Peak is like)

I don't think acheiving a black blade has anything to do with wanting to do it or commitment.
I also don't think it has solely to do with strength but also with skill(probably haki) and oden died at his peak,so there is no way he would've been capable of acheiving it when he couldn't when he was still growing.
