That might be true, but I really trust Oda, he isn't a Kubo (bleach), or an Oku (gantz), he really loves his story and already knows how it ends. A ultratipycal shonen way to resolve his masterpiece... It just doesn't feel right...
the problem with another writer is they ran out of ideas, the problem with oda is he has too much ideas, he has so much stories he wants to tell us... u can see for yourself in WCI, he created 85 children of Big Mom, many themes packed in one single arc, making the arc felt like a mess, when actually it's a full-packed story that other writer would never able to think of...

Well HxH is called Hiatus x Hiatus because the author is apparently sick not because he lost ideas

But I get your point. It doesn't always roll that way.

I wouldnt drop it but I would be severely disappointed. After so many years of investing time into this, its hard to walk away.
it would be a severe heart-break...

Hahaha. It's true he has too many ideas.

But my impression is that his new designs is what he enjoys doing most, rather than what we want. I enjoy it too, so I don't mind.
I don't really understand why'd anyone dislike WCI either, one of my faves recently.

I happened to spend hours and hours on forums but I feel watching OP is more relaxing than discussing it.
this is actually the first time i've ever been on a one piece forum :) have been watching all one piece opening reactions on youtube for the past several weeks :D
