The WCI event is proof that the WG considers crew/territory/influence when considering bounty, regardless of whatever else.
I'm pretty sure most people agree that it's nonsense for Law & Kid to have gotten the same bounty as Luffy on account of these things. His bounty was triple Law/Kid's bounties going into Wano, and yet they received a greater boost than he did.

Yes made a yonko because he has a fleet and they don't. We've already said this. Won't change an alliance splits the reward evenly.
If law had the grand fleet and all the extras it would be he as the yonko instead but the alliance bounties wouldn't change

I'd say it's likely because defeating a Yonko by itself is valued much more by the WG than having territory/influence. I'm not saying you get billions and billions extra for having those things. It's more likely in the range of ~500M.

But this is also the reason why it makes little sense to knock on Yonko bounties and call it direct inflation. We dont actually know how everyone received their bounties. Territory influence, sure, but thats like acting they didnt defeat countless pirates on the way there.
Mihawk was a pirate for 20+ years and defeated many pirates to likely obtain his title, which netted him 3.6 billion after being frozen.
My point is, its not the title, its the men behind the title and their achievements.

Your argument is that Shanks having a 4 billion bounty is only due to a Yonko status. This is showing you that that is in fact, bullshit. Hes a Yonko for being one of the strongest pirates out there, by virtue of conquering territory and other crews.
