Would zoro be nerfed if he only had one arm?

Thats a good question right there right? Lets look at shanks! He lost his arm but he still is a yonkou and seemingly haven't lost any strength.

But Shanks is only using one sword while zoro uses 3 at his best capacity. So zoro would be limited to 2 swords instead of 3.

But does the number of his swords really nerf him? One of his strongest move is a 1 sword style move.

Any thoughts?

It would be a nerf. Maybe he would adapt to it eventually and regain his past strength but he would have to put in a lot of work to revamp his fighting style. His haki is strong enough to do that

Mihawk ended his rivalry and spend over a decade traveling the seas out of boredom because fighting against Shanks after he lost his arm didn't do it for him. Zoro especially has always been portrayed at his strongest with all three swords working together. Would he be a scub without one of his arms? Of fuckign course not. Shanks isnt a scrub either. But he would nerfed.

Dude Oda in the 40 and 60 zoro wrote that he is4 and 5 swords style Zoro. I am pretty sure he would have cut off all limbs, put in those places swords and be happy as hell, running and cutting everything around. Besides they have Franky in the crew. Making for Zoro a robotic limb is not a problem, if he would ask for one. But tho nerfed or not he will fight even like an armless knight from Mony Python and Holy Grail with Wado in his thief and people will be still pissing their pants out of fear.

It will, after all, he uses 3 sword style. But I do see him being able to master 1ss and maybe a weird type of 2ss to still be a little bit strong.
